_Plasmid/Chromosomal DNA_

Lysozyme = to break open the cell membrane
Lysis solution = to lyse the organelles
Centrifugation = to precipitate the DNA and debris into the bottom of the microcentrifuge tube
3M Sodium acetate = for heightening the salt concentration.. to precipitate the DNA
100% ethanol or isopropanol = to precipitate the DNA extracted..
Resuspension solution = as the name suggests!

I have got to have a better reliable memory. This is chaos! x_x
